LinkCorper (linkcorper.com.ng) is an independent, privately operated online directory and introduction platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), any Nigerian government agency, or any regulatory body. LinkCorper does not issue PPA letters, does not approve placements, and has no authority over any NYSC process.
2. Data Disclaimer — User-Generated Content
All information displayed on LinkCorper — including but not limited to corper profiles, company listings, role descriptions, office photos, contact details, state codes, call-up numbers, and any other content — is entered directly by individual users. LinkCorper is a passive platform. The platform owner, administrator, and operator:
- Do not verify, validate, or authenticate any information submitted by users
- Do not review, approve, or endorse any listing, profile, or company before it is published
- Have no knowledge of, and no responsibility for, the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of any user-submitted data
- Are not liable for any loss, harm, or damage arising from reliance on any information displayed on this platform
- Cannot guarantee that any company listed is legitimate, solvent, or operating lawfully
- Cannot guarantee that any corps member profile contains accurate NYSC details
You use all information on this platform entirely at your own risk. Always independently verify any company or individual before visiting, engaging, or entering any agreement.
3. No Liability — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, LinkCorper, its owner, administrator, and any affiliated persons shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
- Any information submitted, posted, or displayed by any user on the platform
- Any interaction, meeting, agreement, or transaction between a corps member and a company facilitated through this platform
- Any failure to secure a PPA placement
- Any fraudulent, misleading, or illegal conduct by any user of the platform
- Any loss of data, earnings, opportunity, or goodwill
- Any technical failure, downtime, or data breach
- Any reliance on information that later proves to be inaccurate or false
4. User Responsibility & Representations
By registering on LinkCorper, you represent and warrant that:
- All information you submit is accurate, current, and truthful
- You are who you claim to be — corps members must be currently serving under NYSC
- Companies must be legally registered businesses operating in Nigeria
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You will not submit false, misleading, or impersonating information
- You accept sole and full responsibility for all content you submit
Any user found to have submitted false information may be removed without notice. LinkCorper reserves the right to remove any listing, profile, or account at any time and for any reason without liability.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Charge corps members money for PPA placement — this is illegal under NYSC regulations and will result in immediate removal and possible referral to authorities
- Impersonate any person, company, or organisation
- Submit fake listings or fictitious company profiles
- Harass, threaten, or exploit any other user of the platform
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Collect or harvest other users' personal data from the platform
6. No Employment or Agency Relationship
LinkCorper does not employ, hire, or place corps members. The platform creates no employment relationship, agency relationship, or contractual obligation between LinkCorper and any user. LinkCorper is not a recruitment agency and does not act as an intermediary in any employment or placement agreement.
7. Privacy & Data
Corps member email addresses are shared with companies only when the corper initiates an application. Phone numbers are never collected or displayed. User data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. Corper profiles automatically deactivate 11 months after registration. Users may request removal of their data at any time by emailing admin@linkcorper.com.ng.
8. Advertising
LinkCorper displays paid advertisements from third-party advertisers. LinkCorper does not endorse any advertiser or their products or services. The platform is not responsible for any advertising content or for any transaction between a user and an advertiser.
9. Changes to These Terms
LinkCorper reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LinkCorper with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
